I have been doing business with Herb Chambers for about 28 years. Bought several cars from them and have done most if not all my service there. In the past I have had memorable disappointments and some welcomed thanks for taking care of me. But for the amount of money and time spent in every appointment should be with a satisfied customer. I bought the Mopar plan and only half of it works with Herb Chambers. I would go to Kelly's Jeeps Sevice for the repair but the work I have been trying to get done for almost the past 6 months is still ongoing. I must add that my car complaints and action taken (?) are document.
