LOST FIAT KEY REPLACED! Thanks to Edward and the service management at Herb Chambers in Danvers! I was devastated when I lost my only spare key that came with my Fiat 500L! But a simple call to the parts department at Herb Chambers in Danvers was all it took! It seems you need to order the key from parts and then service needs to program it with your vehicle by appt. of course. The process was smooth and when complications arose with the programming? Edward from the service department ensured I got a follow appointment and immediately addressed the issue. Grateful to you guys! Thanks!

I bought my Orange Ram 1500 10 years ago at Herb Chambers on 114 in Danvers. For 10 years now I never had it serviced anywhere else. I was just there for my oil change yesterday. I'm telling you they treat me like Royalty. They took Iggie (ignition orange) right away. They are so efficient and pleasant. They are my ram family.
