Reluctantly went to dealer for oil change. Quoted $101 and was told explicitly that it included all fees. Not surprisingly they managed to find over $1000 of fluid etc services my car needed. Based only on their own service records for my car, not any hands-on diagnostic. Took them over an hour for the oil change (had a 30 minute reserved service time) Against better judgement agreed to replace the serpentine belt @$350. Should have checked online; this service should cost an estimate $150-250. Waited another entire hour. And lo and behold, my total charge included nearly $30 extra "waste dispoal fee." Besides the oil change where "all fees included", the only disposal was the belt! "Nothing they can do about automatic charge." So I should have known better, but my former regular mechanic

Excellent service. Was returning from vacation and had a sensor issue. Was able to take it into Burlington the same day. Ashley was very helpful, part was ordered and fixed the next morning. Since I was driving home to the Cape,I didn't know road conditions after the blizzard. And Hyannis Honda,where I usually have my car serviced,was closed d/t power outage from the storm.

My service advisor initially told me that I could get a repair under an extended program cost free for my ignition switch and that they could do the job the same day. It turns out that I was not eligible for the full cost free program and I had to wait while they ordered the part. I think the advisor should’ve checked that before they gave me a promise.

It was not a nice experience before since I waited there for almost 10 minutes there was one lady in the middle just seating but nobody even showed interest in helping me. I can clearly saw her just playing on her phone and when I tried to step towards her , she just looked at me and keep playing . The lady on the first counter was busy with our customer so I waited for my turn , obviously she might be pissed coz her colleague is free and not attending me as other customer but just sitting there. The first lady who helped me did a cold reply at first but she did help us. The tone should be little bit polite that I expected, I know she was busy but it's a customer care service center . I was there for the recall of my Honda crv fuel pump replacement , she helped me with my other recall

Had a code come up in our car which was for a O2 sensor. Not covered by the extended warranty. Got charged a diagnostic fee on top of the replacement of the sensor. We also had a low air pressure signal that you didn’t add air. A diagnostic fee should be waived when the work is completed at you dealership. Also you need a better parking lot. Seriously considering a new dealership for service
