Very transparent, honest and authentic repair shop. They showed me exactly why my car failed inspection, quoted reasonable costs for quality fixes, and did the job in a decent time frame. My car had extensive repairs and they provided a ride from the shop and back to it when it was finished. Very professional, quality work, and good customer service. This will be my repair shop of choice while I live in Burlington.

I had a great experience here! The staff was friendly, professional, and got me in and out quickly for my oil change. They took the time to check my fluids and tire pressure without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need, which I really appreciate. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the whole process was super smooth from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next service, I highly recommend!

Can't say enough about Hometown. They were recommended by a friend, when we had such a terrible experience from a local Honda dealership. From scheduling the appointment, to the transparency of the cost, and level of communication, Hometown was amazing! Nice to have a car experts take a practical approach to the services you need.
