Prestige Car Wash

Very disappointed with my experience at Prestige (Burlington). I went through the car wash this afternoon, and shortly after I discovered my rear bumper was dislodged and my rear windshield wiper was completely broken off. When I called customer support, I was directed to submit my claim via email, and per their process, responses can take up to 48 hours. Meanwhile, their car wash remains open late and on weekends, but customers like myself are left unable to safely drive our vehicles while waiting for a response. The process is frustrating causing significant inconvenience and safety concern.

Great self car wash! The bays were clean and the equipment worked perfectly. The water pressure and soap did a great job getting all the dirt off my car. It’s nice to have a place where you can take your time and wash your car the way you want. Prices were reasonable and the whole area was well maintained. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Touchless bay left soap all over my car which then got all over my hands. Mass Ave Car wash in Lexington is a much better deal at $16 for their top touchless service and the car looks clean afterwards.

When I went, all the vacuums were in use and the car wash operator saw I was waiting for a spot to open up. He helped me through the car wash process and held a vacuum spot for me once I went through the car! 10/10 service!! Would definitely come again especially with the amazing car wash operators!

Very very disappointed to say the least. Went down to wash my car because they had a touchless wash option. I put $20 cash in the machine to do my wash and the door to the bay never opened. One of the workers came out to see what was going on and after explaining to him what happened he told me to use the other bay. I told him I didn’t have the subscription service and that I had paid cash to which he walked away and went back inside. After sitting for about 10 minutes with no response from anyone, I walked inside to ask if I could just get my money back. I was told that there was no way to refund my cash and that my best bet was my credit card number in the comments of the refund request link.
