-5,000 mile check up, + screen recall. Car in excellent condition. I love my Sequoia! My team at Heritage was great: very kind and professional, easy drop off, i loved the video about my pov (that was awesome!) I liked that my pov was cleaned before being worked on. I would like to get feedback on why water was leaking inside as i drove home? Water was steaming from the inside handle by windshield and then it began dripping from the sunglasses holder/moonroof control area. See pics. I hope there isn’t something wrong inside the cabin. This had never happened prior to 6 January.

Excellent service experience with our older Prius. We were in need of a new 12 volt battery and rear wiper blade. From scheduling to vehicle pick up, every interaction with the Toyota team members was outstanding. Phone staff took the time to assist with a pricing estimate which was extremely helpful before the appointment. Checking in the vehicle with service lead, Ryan was thorough and professionally executed. The new battery is working great during these ongoing cold temperatures. Additionally, Ryan took the time to advise us on how to best care for the vehicle with future preventative service recommendations. He is a wealth of information. Thank you for the great customer service.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Heritage Toyota's service department. From the time I drove up and was greeted by Clara Griffen in the service check bay, to the time I drove off, everyrhing went like clockwork! I did not get to meet the tech, but they did amazing job of getting me in and out as quickly as possible as well. Shout out to Clara. So kind, helpful and very knowledgeable at what she does! I'd highly recommend this team!

Frankie J Candido and Christine Donahue is the best! They helped streamline the process and I LEFT WITH A BETTER RATE THAN MY OWN BANK AND THE CAR ON THE SAME DAY! Sometimes, life gives you opportunities and I’m glad that opportunity came to me as Frankie and Christine! I will be returning here for years to come! Mike is an excellent service manager. We brought our car in for an urgent issue and although we didn’t have an appt the crew was able to evaluate and resolve the issue in very good time. We continue to find Heritage provides outstanding service.
