While in route to the airport our tire blew out on Hwy 4. We called AAA and could not wait for their 2 hr ETA. It was 6am on a Saturday and the only place willing and eager to help us catch our flight (start our vacation) was Hero towing!! We only waited approximately 15 -20 mins from the time we called for someone to arrive. The gentleman that helped us with our spare was very professional, fast, efficient, and kind. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the gentleman’s name, but I really appreciated him “saving” us (literally a hero)!! Thanks again!!- Very grateful customer
They're trucks were to small for the job. And tried to charge me cash when I had AAA. This place needs to work on customer service. If can't do it say so....
Great service. Came within 30 minutes. Waited on AAA for over two hours. Would recommend 👌🏼
