I can say with 100% that the folks that work at this garage are absolutely amazing! I was on a trip to Pennsylvania from upstate NY when my passenger side brake line blew. Thankfully, I was able to drive my car over to their garage and they were able to take it in, same day, no questions asked. They ended up being done that same day, which only took them three hours after dropping it off, which is absolutely amazing! Their pricing is also great as well! I was a bit away distance wise from their garage at that point, so they let me leave my car at their garage for a week and even let me pay over the phone, since I was a bit behind schedule on coming back to pick it up (due to traffic). Mike and the crew were fantastic! I came up from Virginia Beach for a car I wanted- we made the deal over the phone and they had everything ready for me when I got there! In and out in about 30 minutes. They even picked me up from down the road. Great people, great business ethic- couldn’t have done it without Tucker though!

I don’t recommend buying or getting work done at this shop . I bought my truck here from them they were great . Fast forward two years i have been bringing my vehicles there for maintenance. Recently they put the wrong fluid in my transmission . Well first they denied it until i showed them the receipt on what they used plus i called multiple dealers/shops to confirm wrong fluid . I only noticed because i was getting vibrations when idling and starting to shake while on the road. Hershey motors told me they can flush the transmission so they did . Correct fluid is in There but I’m still having vibrations and temperature in the transmission increased by 10 degrees. I contacted them again and went in multiple times to try to talk to a manager but every time i went in no one was there that c

**Under new management *** I was leary to give them another chance with trusting hershey motors with another vehicle. FYI I have purchased several vehicles from hershey motors, taken all vehicles there for maintenance and repairs. The past has not been fun with the past leadership In the maintenance department. However, they have changed management, made drastic changes for the better. Outstanding jobs. Give them another chance.
