Would love to give 0 because like many other reviews this place is a fraud, and the manager is of no help even when admitting to their error of improper training of employees. Long story- short my insurance was paying for rental due to a accident well I called them to find out the exact date that I had to have my rental back because I was going to be out of town when I thought that my car needed to be back so I was either a going to turn it in prior to me leaving or the day that I came back. The employee said "oh no you have it until the 4th" which would have been a week after I got back. I said are you sure about that he said yep. I said okay well I ended up calling back about 10 minutes later and I asked the employee if he could double check that because I wanted to make sure again he

I wish I could give 0 stars. I rented via my insurance carrier, and my insurance carrier paid 100% of the charges. Initially, I was billed 5x the deposit, extra charges were added that I didn't ask for, nor approve. Then refunded, then 2 months later they charged me an extra $175 for absolutely no reason. Customer service is non-existent. The customer service from this office, has been poor at best. Not impressed, will NEVER use Hertz again.

Rented a car on April 29th, 2023. Car had 1/2 tank of gas, noticed when I drove off. Drove back to let the Hertz rep know and he said that he would mark the contract and to bring the car back 1/2 full. Returned the car with more gas than I got it with and then gave me an $80.00 gas charge. You can't get through to a human calling into Hertz and Hertz corporate won't correct the situation because the guy never marked the contract. Simple verification would be to see what level the car was returned at on previous rental. This is incompetence at its best and I rent 20-30 times a year for work. Unless they make this right, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

165.00 in extra fees for ending my car rental early. These reviews get wordy, so I wanted to start off with the headline. I grabbed a rental ahead of time due to a deer collision that rendered my car inoperable for a week. Body shop was done quicker than the estimated quote and I figure I would drop my rental off early to save a bit of money. Didn't save any money, they continued to charge me the extra days in "additional fees" that were only titled as Voucher Adjustment. Customer service didn't want to help. Won't be going back.

Not only is it hard to get a hold of the company they have horrible customer service they rush you off the phone when you have any questions at all. Would not recommend this company I don’t even want to leave it a star. They tell you to put your card on file in case anything yeah I got $45 in $104 taken out of my account. My insurance is supposed to take care of my rental and I understand that they will charge your account if they see anything . The car was dirty when I got it. The gas was not filled up. When I dropped off the car at Karl‘s I let the person know that because when I got the rental hertz was closed. Now I’m getting charge for something that was given to me like that.
