Nice pleasant but cars ok, not detailed and seemed older,only a few Uber choices.Uber is very strict so good Uber choice for location.
I rented here about 3 times in the past few months and the service was great, would definitely come back to rent again
Don't go to this location! I rent from Milwaukie all the time but had to come here and was a terrible experience! The person at the front (Amber) is the worst! I had my reservation for 9 am and was there until 10:15, finally got my truck. She kept telling me all these crazy rules I've never heard of (again I rent from Milwaukie all the time). Then when I returned, I was not quite an hour late and they charge me! After me having to wait more then an hour to get the truck. DONT GO HERE! make the drive to a different location
I called to ask for the availability of the car I was interested in. I was told it was available and that I would be welcome. It was a 51 minute drive and when I got there the guy told me he “lost the key” to the car. So unprofessional and a waste of time
They will reserve you a non existent car!!! And they're NOT very good with customer service.
