Hertz President’s Circle member. Overall good experience. Good customer service. No issues with the process. Line can get long. Recommend get your car immediately. Only concern: Car was not clean completely.

Only thing that wasn't to my satisfaction was there was no counter personal at return counter to process a request I wanted to change on my payment method... Didn't have time to wait for that counter person to arrive at counter to help me... Didn't want my credit card to be charged but company policy doesn't allow for banking cards to be used on rentals... Whatever...

Called the Hertz number to make a reservation this morning. I wanted a vehicle at 3 but they said it wouldn’t be available til 5. I said ok and went thru the process. Come 5 I walk in as the hertz lady, named Tasha, is walking out. Gave it a few minutes then took a look and she’s just out there chatting it up with some dude. Ok whatever, gave it 10 more minutes it’s now 5:15, went up and asked for assistance. I informed her of my reservation for 5, she looks at a sheet of paper and says “when did you book this?” I said this morning. She says, “oooh yeah I don’t have any vehicles available.” I said I called and reserved a large sedan for 5pm. “Did you call reservations?” Yes I did. “I hate when they do that. Picking up the vehicle was extremely easy and fast. Great customer service from the young lady on duty.

Absolutely horrible. I made an online reservation about 4 hours prior to pickup. I arrived at the airport at 1:00 pm and there was a sign that said no cars available. There was no representative at the counter. I called the local number at the counter and they said to call the 800 number for a refund since no cars were available. Why did it let me make the reservation if there were no cars? The website shouldn’t allow you to do that. It was a complete waste of time. I have been a Hertz Gold member for many years and this is the first time I experienced poor customer service.
