It was the first time I had rented an electric car. Jess was very patient with me, explained everything calmly, and was very understanding. She was very nice and very customer-oriented. Very good customer service. I will rent a car from Jess again. Please let Jess know about a great job she does

Absolutely amazing customer service! Small and they do the best they can but car came impeccable and was able to set up everything else I needed to get right into driving with Uber! Dang near brand-new and yes I will be bothering them every week.

Horrible experience at this location. Their Uber car smells horrible and their vehicles are horrible... just horrible horrible experience. Their policy is you cant smoke in the car but their vehicle smelled very badly of cigarettes!!!

Beside having to switch the original car for another one due to the car needing an immediate oil change, the experience was great! I had no issue at all and the cars were awesome in terms of gas consumption.

Everything was confirmed on the website. I even received a confirmation email and text message. Apparently, none of that mean jack. I showed up on time to pick up the car just for them to tell me that there is no car available. A call or email would have been nice so that i don't waste my time and money to get here.
