Hertz Car Rental - Kirkland - 124th Avenue Ne

I have rented many cars in my day. Never did I encounter such wonderful people who worked there. They were fun, helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for making renting a car a great experience.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Lou at the Kirkland location a few times. He is always such a friendly person who is helpful and allows flexibility when I have a request. I enjoy having him there to help me when I rent a vehicle and when I call with questions. He's great!

I had a reservation for December 20., reservation was confirmed and i had a confirmation code, the day before i get a call from hertz, letting me know there are no cars available and i need to find another way different way. NOT ACCEPTABLE.!!

Their N Seattle location accepted my reservation weeks ago for a 1 way rental. I go to pick it up and they said they don’t offer 1 way rentals- they called me 1 day before pick up to let me know this, but left no voice message and left me on hold for over an hour…so they didn’t even care to make sure I knew. The 1 way rental was part of a trip that my family has spent thousands of dollars on for hotel and airfare. Without this car, we cannot go on our trip. The manager showed zero remorse and refused to let me speak to her boss. Complete nightmare. In a panic, I reached out to other Hertz locations.
