It was such a pleasant surprise to find out we’re from the same area and even serve as leaders in church—it made the experience feel personal and welcoming right away. Danielle went above and beyond to make sure our rental process was smooth, stress-free, and handled with excellence. You can tell she truly cares about people and takes pride in what she does. My husband and I recently booked a rental for our annual church youth group trip. Miss Danielle went above and beyond to accommodate our needs! Just spent 10 minutes waiting in the front with no one even watching over anything and had to call the store while inside only for it to be ignored. The lady at the front asked where I was going and when I told her she then told me ‘well…there’s places you can’t take the car’ and then proceeded to tell me I needed full comprehensive even though I paid for full insurance through them. Turned away right before a trip for the weekend I now have to cancel.

My boyfriend booked a rental through this company and Danielle was nice and friendly throughout the whole process…they had no issue when we had said we were caught in traffic and still would hold the rental for us.. after telling them we would be late, Danielle had called him back and had gotten him an upgrade so we went from a mid size compact suv to a full size!!! The truck was great, very comfortable and very clean when we picked it up. Would highly recommend this rental spot!
