Twice I have made reservations here, and twice they failed to honor them. They either cancelled on the same day or didn't notify me at all until I arrived at the counter. Zero reliability and terrible communication. Do not book here if you actually need a car.
Mr. Tim at Hertz provided outstanding service — he was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth rental experience. His positive attitude and attention to detail made the process quick and pleasant. I truly appreciate his help and highly recommend him to anyone renting from Hertz.
Had a reservation for over a month. Walked in this morning and no cars available. They said they tried to call but booked through a travel agent and didn’t have my number even though my rewards profile was tied to it. Now waiting on an Uber (20 min away) to take me home… to get my car. At least I have that option, others don’t.
