H+H Jeep Dodge Ram Service Department

Poor communication and very unethical service and techs! Brought my vehicle in for a recall on a Monday afternoon, assuming it would be fixed by end of day Tuesday. After waiting all day, I called the service advisor and was told there were 7 vehicles ahead of me in service and it wasn't even in a bay yet. He said he would call when it was completed. I didn't hear anything on Wednesday or Thursday and finally got a call around 11AM on Friday saying the work was done and there were some things they found that needed addressed. Some of the items were legitimate for a vehicle with 90,000 miles. My issue is that they said I needed a left side motor mount and it would cost $1000 to replace. The funny thing is, I had that motor mount replaced less than 5 months ago at a different shop! When I go
