H+H Kia Service Department

Super super awesome! Didn’t even have an appointment and they were able to get me right in, see what was wrong then fix it all for me! This took right around an hour. I was not complaining though because they have a fabulous waiting area where you can grab a coffee, water or another refreshment! It is quite the setup. I have been to other Kia dealerships and they don’t compare.

The BEST dealership service experience I’ve ever had! We were visiting Nebraska from Georgia for Thanksgiving when our Telluride began having noticeable transmission slippage near the end of our trip. With a 1,000-mile drive home ahead of us, we were anxious to get it checked out immediately. None of the Kia dealerships in Lincoln had availability, but when I called H+H on Monday night, they listened to our situation and got us in first thing the next morning. They quickly confirmed the transmission was failing and, incredibly, had the replacement transmission in stock. I recently visited H+H Kia for an oil change, tire rotation, brake fluid flush, and to have the passenger window repaired after it stopped working. Brad was my service advisor, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From start to finish, Brad was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He took the time to explain everything clearly, and even helped me save money by enrolling me in their oil change club — which I really appreciated. While the service did take some time, it was absolutely worth it because everything was done correctly. My car now drives like new again like I just drove it off the lot - especially with the complimentary car wash! I'm not the type to post negative reviews. I tend to give folks the benefit of the doubt and not everyone works well together... you won't have that problem if your fortunate enough to work with Brad in the service department. He came highly recommended by Jenna, the service department scheduler, whom was very helpful as well, and she was right. Brad was professional, polite and seemed to genuinely care my concerns. I was also very happy to have worked with Nolan in the service department in the past and he has moved to the finance department. I imagine he's also great to work with in that capacity.

Set up an appointment to get a recall done with a courtesy vehicle so I could go to work. After going through check in and getting my vehicle pulled onto the service line they informed me that they overbooked their courtesy vehicles and there was nothing they could do. What is the point of setting up an appointment if you're not going to have the vehicle that you told me would be there? If you can't handle the simple task of making sure you can honor having a courtesy vehicle there for an appointment, I probably wouldn't trust them with any larger tasks either.
