Purchased a pre-owned vehicle. It was filthy inside. Even the trunk had dried mud in it. Just a vacuum would have been nice.I ended up wet vacuuming and it looked so much better. Iwould think for the price it could have at least been detailed and cleaned up. Although it did get a run thru the car wash down the street. Very disappointed with this part of the purchase. Never have had this happen with other pre-owned vehicles I've purchased. Need to try harder if you are expecting repeat customers.

One word will describe the amazing people and staff at H&H and that word is "Amazing". They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of no matter if your getting a vehicle, having service done on your vehicle, or explaining things about the process. I take my vehicle no where else because if you want it done right these are the folks to ensure it. Just amazing!!!

This is terrible all the way around. This is my first new car bought in 2014 and am making my car payment on time every month. I feel like I am having to put more money in this vehicle then all the other vehicles I have owned. The whole purpose of getting a new vehicle was so it wouldn't need so many repairs but here I am 5 years later the car has less then 23,000 miles on it and now have to find out why air conditioning doesn't work. Very disappointed and then tried to call for warranty information and I was asked make and model and was told only has drive train but this person didn't ask my name.

I expected the service to be expensive (the dealer always is) but I did not expect them to try to upsell $300 worth of nonessential services (fuel flush, coolant flush, etc) under the guise of being essential to the repair. This left a bad taste in my mouth. I will try to avoid going back to this place.

They helped me with my Grandson and are willing to find a solution to my car and it's problem. I have been busy with my grandkids,my parents,and a house hold of ten , seven still need my help . Being a at home giver ,broken down vehicle is just not a option. I do not get paid to do what I can do and am not into pity partys .But some days are definitely harder than others. Thank you for giving it your all.
