I normally don’t like writing negative reviews, but I felt obligated to write this one for Hi Auto. I went there based on a friend’s recommendation. On the first day, I honestly couldn’t even understand what was going on. Because my English is not very good, I had to explain my problem to three different people, and each one told me something different. There was no communication among them, everyone said something else, and no one truly cared. This process took about four hours. Eventually, someone told me to buy the part and come back the next day. I did exactly that. The next day, I came with the part, but this time another person told me, “There are too many cars, come back tomorrow.” I went again the following day, similar things happened, and once again my entire day was wasted. Highly recommend! They got me in as soon as the tow truck got there, put my car up on the lift explained to me what needed to be done and had my car back to me in under an hour! When I had it somewhere else and waited weeks! Super fast, knowledgeable and extremely reasonably priced! Will be coming back if need be!

The most unprofessional repair place I ever been to! I cannot believe what just happened! Just wanted oil changed, well done in the dirty shop. But they don’t know how to reset the oil change period. Another of them went to YouTube (Yes! Youtube!) on his phone. It’s fine if he can fix it. However, he tried to find the setting in navigation sector for a few minutes. Finally I made it, yes myself. Such a unprofessional person, meanwhile, blamed to his boss it’s my mistake. I can’t understand that at all! Without me, he cannot even reset it. I went to this place because it’s close and has high rating. Really?! My car is a normal Mazda 3, I cannot see any difficult to deal with it.
