Had an appointment scheduled for over a week for a front end alignment on my son’s truck. a little coordinating had to take place as we all work during the day so my son had to take time off from work for the appointment. The day of our SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT we took my sons truck in and Danny the owner of the shop said to me “ sorry we can’t do your truck today because spectrum just dropped off four trucks in the world stops For spectrum because I do a half $1 million in business for spectrum” He did not care whatsoever that he completely screwed over people that work hard and lost time at work to get to our SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT all that matters to DANNY is lining his pockets .

I've had our 2008 Chevy work van serviced at Hi Tech for over 10 years. It's got 207,000 miles on it now. Over the years I've had these experiences there: I took it in for new pads and rotors and got a call from Dan saying all it really needed was to have the rotors turned. I called about new tires and Dan recommended Kelly Springfield. He installed and balanced them and they have performed great for years. I took it in for A/C service and the bill was a fraction of what the dealer would have charged. The list goes on and on. In my opinion Dan is a stand up guy and runs an honest repair shop. If you expect something for nothing, stay away, the guy needs to make a living. If you are willing to pay a honest price for honest service, give Hi Tech a try.

My husband took our truck in because it would randomly stop as he was driving. These guys gave us an estimation, drove our truck around for a bit and said it was fine. Then they charged us more than double the estimation! Does not make sense to me! They didn’t do anything! Do not come here if you need to find out what is wrong with your vehicle. Personally I wish we would have just gone to the Ford dealer. They are good.

I was in town for work and my check engine light came on so I needed help fast. I found Hi Tech in a google search and I hit the jackpot!! They were able to diagnose my problem and repair the issue the same day! A part was not available until the following morning so I but I brought the car back in at 9am and I was done with all repairs complete by 10. One of the best car repair experiences I have ever had. Being in a crunch for time, I was concerned that I would have to settle for whatever was available, but I ended up with the best service I could have imagined.

Took my Avalanche in 4 check engine light flashing. They took the time to explain possibilities and then let me know what they found. Repair was done in no time. Prices were very reasonable, very honest service. I would recommend for anyone and they will be my future mechanics for my vehicles.
