I paid $206 for a full diagnostic and it was worth every penny. First time using High Line. They came highly recommended by my regular mechanic because it was a repair that required special equipment they didn’t have. I normally do not like taking my vehicles anywhere other than my regular mechanic (including the dealer ships), but I trusted them and they didn’t let me down. I was very impressed with High Line from setting up the appointment to the repair process, which was two days to fix my rear pinion seal on our BMW SUV. They also pointed out that our brakes and tires were in need of replacement which we will do next. They’re extremely professional and their front office and shop are extremely clean and well organized. This is the only shop I am willing to take my vehicle too. They were able to diagnose my the noise issue on my truck and have the truck fixed and returned to me next day. Their detailed inspection report was also amazing and showed me everything they saw. No pushy sales tactics, just high quality work from high quality employees.

Awesome experience! I dropped my car off overnight and got an email the next morning with a quote for my power steering leak that I could approve or decline. Once I approved it, they confirmed my request and didn’t try to push any extra inspections or services, which I really appreciated. Everything was super easy and convenient. Communication was quick whether by email or phone. I didn’t even meet anyone in person, but the whole process was smooth and professional.
