They did an amazing job working on my BMW. Corey and his team are really good at what they do! Where other shops were giving me huge quotes on the repair stating they might have to replace a lot of parts, these guys found what the problem was (Driveshaft assembly) and fixed it for a very fair price. I bought the part, dropped the car off at their place and they had it ready in 2-3 hours. The car drives better than ever! Would totally recommend these guys as they’re very professional, prices are fair and the customer service is excellent!

A few of my friends had recommended JFB and I decided to stop by today to get my flat tire fixed. Dropped it off in the morning with Corey and went to pick it up in the afternoon. He DID NOT charge me anything for fixing my flat tire. Keep in mind, I am NOT a regular here, I am a stranger who stopped by for the first time and he fixed my flat tire for FREE(other places would easily charge $30-40 atleast)!! I cannot believe the kindness! Any car work and I’m always going to this place. Thank you Corey, I really appreciate your kindness and will recommend your business to all my friends!

Got brakes done there a year ago or so . Upon leaving with said brake job . Drove to new haven . On way back i realized car was stopping when it should be coasting . Brought it back was charged 420.00 first time second time i was charged 379 . My brakes are shot again. They just painted my old rotor and turned it down . Only back was done . Now i have to pay for it to be done all over again. A year later .

If you want your faith in mechanics/auto shops restored, this is the place. I've been twice now and there's no where else I'll be taking my car anytime soon. Corey is an incredibly sweet, considerate person who has no interest in ripping you off, even if you're a young woman completely devoid of car knowledge (like myself). The mechanics do good, trustworthy work, and knowing I have this place to bring my car to is very comforting. I wish more people had the attitude towards customers, buisness, and community that JFB auto does.
