Such a pleasure doing business with everyone here. I was in the market for an audi S5 and I happen to find one here, I stop by and everyone is very friendly. Ahmed was very reasonable with pricing with 0 hidden fees, and allowing the car looked at by a third party mechanic! I purchased a S5 with Ahmed. Although I didn’t want an Audi, my son did. He is overjoyed with his car; it is pristine! Throughout the process Ahmed was attentive and offered all the help we needed to get into this vehicle. Overall the process buying a used car can be overwhelming & there is a lot of uncertainty. Ahmed made it easy while assuring us by always answering our questions & providing the answers and information we needed to make our decision. I was looking for a vehicle and Smart Auto was a bit far from me. I ended up buying a vehicle closer, however, I did have a great experience with Marco and feel it’s note worthy. A lot of dealerships gave me the run around. Marco was helpful, transparent, and genuinely seemed to care about my experience. The only reason I did not buy a car from him is distance. However, I would gladly recommend this dealership based on the customer service experience.
