I initially emailed Lester over a holiday weekend and he got back to me promptly. He thoroughly reviewed the work estimate I received from Tesla and gave me helpful context on what the repair would entail. Leading up to my appointment, Lester and his team were in contact with me about securing a loaner while they worked on my car. Brought my older Tesla Model S for an electronic door handle issue. Quick appointment and repair - feel confident it was done right . Picked a part with known quality and a proper warranty versus going for any aftermarket cheap option. Got it done much quicker than the Tesla service first available appt. Fair pricing. Nice friendly family run place - highly recommend .

This is my first time coming to Jarvis Automotive and it certainly will not be my last. Everyone there Maddy, Corrine and Lester all have been very helpful to me with my 2010 Subaru Outback.
