Joel and his team has always been fair with pricing and provided excellent work. The standard of professionalism and workmanship in the shop is exemplary. If you see something that do not look to standard on your review they will correct it. That’s why they have you do an inspection prior to leaving the shop. Of course if you call back shortly afterwards for something you missed they will go over it with you. He is timely as well and if parts are not available in fashionable time someone calls and informs you of such. I’ve never been dissatisfied with the services I’ve received. Joel and his team are Excellent in my opinion. I do not know standard of grading car repair shops but this one gets not only 5 stars but AAA’s as well. I wish I could've written this review without giving the them any star. Biggest mistake I ever made was letting allstate insurance talked me into having Hi-Tech auto body repair my car after my neighbor slammed into it. 1. They cracked my transmission mount while replacing the axle, two weeks after getting my car back from them, my transmission seized up, and had to be replaced. Additionally, the bumper, keeps popping out of place and one of the light fixture is missing. Please STAY AWAY from this place!! They're liars, now they're claiming that they didn't change the axle on my car, but in 2021 they claimed that they changed the axle and the steering column. It looks like I'm going to have to take them to court to get my car fixed correctly.

Auto Body work can be expensive when not using insurance, getting quotes can be tricky, and quality can sometimes be questionable. All of these are NOT a concern with Joel and his team at High Tech. The dedication to their customers is obvious from the moment you speak with Joel and is on display when you enter the shop (multiple recognitions of high quality from all sorts of organizations). There is a sense of pride in workmanship that is on display when you see the team enter the shop in the morning. Joel lives what he preaches and is dedicated to doing the job right the first time. He went above and beyond for my project and I couldn’t be happier.
