Staff was very friendly however, no courtesy call on the status my car. A simple call, text, or email would suffice. Was charged for services not asked for, synthetic oil change. Car was returned filthy, side door was poorly put back in place after removal of the door. Shop around for cheaper service.

Very nice people. The work they did to my truck was great!! They did an excellent detail job an I have a warranty on the work they did as long as I own the vehical. The only gripe I had was it took almost a month to do the job. Won't hesitate to go back if I ever need work done again.

I sent my car to be worked on about 3 or 4 weeks ago. The lady on the front desk told me I could pick it up in about 2 weeks after I have sent all the insurance paperwork. I kept calling them and she just kept coming with a bunch excuses. They are dishonest about timeline and about their technician working on car. I did a drive by and saw my car was not being worked on. I called her and she still again lied about it was being worked on when I could clearly see my car was just parked at their back and nothing was done. Very unreliable and terrible service. Do not recommend.

I have lived through hurricanes Katrina, and Mathew. I know what it is to be trapped in the aftermath of a disaster with only a car. So my truck build is extensive, it’s an apocalypse build. Micky Thompson tires, Icon Rebound Pro wheels, Icon lift, RBP powered running boards, Klein onboard air compressor, and a Brown Davis, 650 mile long range fuel tank. I am deep six invested in this truck (six digits). This is my family’s lifeline and I care a great deal about it. Some punk in Waco keyed my truck from the taillight to the headlight. I was quoted over $3,000 worth of damage by a shop in Waco. Due in part to all the disassembly required prior to paint. I asked the professionals at Hill County Collision to perform the repair without the disassembly in order to avoid stressing all the

Had a vehicle in the shop to have some body work done and replace an electrical component. It was there almost 4 months and the lady at the front kept giving me the runaround. She didn't call to update the estimate she initially gave me like she told me should. It ended up being four times as much. Didn't call to tell me the body work was done. Didn't call to tell me when the part came in. Lied about the part being installed. The electrical piece is still missing. Didn't call to tell me when pro tech was supposed to go reset it. I had to call and go to the shop for every update. Would not recommend.
