My experience with the dealership was disappointing and fell significantly short of expectations. We specifically ordered trucks with new bodies but were misled into purchasing ones with used bodies instead. The dealership failed to honor their commitments, and to add to the frustration, the financing terms were highly unfavorable. This experience was reminiscent of the lackluster service encountered at some Brooklyn outlets, underscoring a concerning pattern of unprofessionalism. The problem associated with the disease, oil emissions in the engine, after the diagnosis, they moved to choose between a gasket or a cylinder block gasket. They changed the top one, the leak did not go away, when they gave the car back they said everything was fine, no one warned that the oil leak had not gone away. work needs to be done to find out where the leak is coming from.
