Very poor customer service. Brought my girlfriends vehicle to this place a few months ago due to grinding while accelerating and shaking while idling. The first time it was there they kept it for almost a month stating it was to dangerous to drive and there was the UAW strike so they couldn't get parts in. No courtesy vehicle was offered. Once the original repair was done, we drove it away with the check engine light still on and the grinding still happening. We then brought it back and were told the Catalytic Converter needed to be replaced, scheduled a time to do that to not leave it. When we brought it in for that repair we were then told they couldn't finished it because the Oxygen sensor had melted and they needed one of those, add another day wait. Very pleased with the repairs made to my chipped paint. Also wasn't very expensive to fix. Also having a windshield replacement done didn't take long to get in and get an appt. If I need more body work done in the future I will definitely call them. I've never actually gone to them before recently but since I now drive a newer dodge truck I like the idea of having the dealership work on it. They did an amazing job and I do recommend bring your vehicle to them. The repair they made looked good and is hardly noticeable. Thank you HKT Body shop.

Tyrel and others at HKT’s body shop were phenomenal. I did major damage to the front end of my 3/4 ton Silverado when I collided with a mule deer at 70mph. While in Bozeman, my hometown, it would have taken weeks or months to even get an appointment for anyone to even look at my truck. Tyrel towed my truck in, picking it up at noon, and by 4pm they had taken apart the front end and provided my insurance company with an estimate. Damage was extensive and they really worked hard to bring my truck back to life. They also wen’t way above and beyond the call of duty to help me find a way to get my truck back to me in Bozeman. If I am unfortunate enough to ever need collision damage again, I’ll do whatever is necessary go get my truck to Glendive, 5 hours from my home. Good job guys. Thanks
