My Dodge Journey clunked only when turning, worst of all pulling into parking spots, so I’ve basically developed parking-lot PTSD. For years I begged and even bribed mechanics to just send it off into the river, but no luck, apparently thats not good for business. Then RZ Motors stepped in, tracked it down, and fixed it. First time I turned, my daughter yelled, “Mom, your car didn’t clunk, they fixed it!” She’s right. Now the noise is gone, and I just have to retrain myself to park without bracing for impact. Honest, fast, and apparently immune to bribes, can’t beat that. Thank you RZ Motors!

I was stranded in town (from Indiana) with horses and a lame truck. Rz serviced me right away and were very nice. When I came they even stood out in the road to tell me where to park. Helped me with care for the horses. Worked over to get the job done on same day.

I had my car towed there for a diagnosis and estimate. Communication was non-existent; I had to either call them or stop by personally to get any information. The diagnosis they gave me was speculative, and the quote that I finally got was about double what another local shop estimated. After having my car towed back home, I opened the hood to find that they left things disassembled, and one piece (the timing belt cover) was broken, with part of it left down in the gear area. To say that I wasted $65 for an evaluation would be an understatement.
