Coming from states away and was greeted by Will via phone. What a blessing he was, not only able to get us in last minute for a diagnostic, but was also just a refreshing experience through a potentially negative part of our journey. He was polite and understanding. Very professional, and gave us opinion for repair which we ended up going to their sister shop just south. Also had a quick and easy experience there. Thankful for Will and the rest of staff here. You helped us stay positive on our big road trip.

Amazing people to work with. Stopped in to get a quote on tires and they got us right in. Tires were on sale and they saved me even more when checking out. We will be back!!!

They just can't figure it out. This is absolutely the last time I give them my business. Every time has been a disaster. And every time they DESTROY my lug nuts! This time they destroyed every lug nut on the one wheel they took off. They have a huge lack of following a standard process. I have witnessed the young woman at the front counter be extremely rude to people including myself when she is incompetent. Every time is like there first day as a tire shop. I've never seen such a complete disaster. I will pay more to go to the dealership and have it done well!

Oil change only. An updated window sticker would have been nice. I would have appreciated that very much. Thank you for getting me in on time and done in an hour. Pretty sure you're required to have price listed posted for customers for various services.
