I had a great experience working with paolo Chuman as my Service Advisor. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful from start to finish. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my vehicle, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my options without feeling pressured. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and I really appreciated how transparent and honest he was about pricing and timing. It’s not always easy finding someone you can trust with your car, but Paolo definitely earned that trust. Great group of individuals, very professional and knowledgeable about troubleshooting car issues. They were very upfront with their pricing, which was remarkably fair compared to other service centers. Also, their customer support is by far the best there is in the area. I will be returning for any car issues in the future.

Service arrived really quickly to give me a jump start just minutes after I requested it. Then I followed the tech to the shop, dropped off my vehicle for service, and he gave me a ride back. He was a really friendly and gave me advice on jump starters I could purchase for the future. I was treated better by Holly Oak then by AAA. Truly grateful!!
