Holyoke Tire

Had the BEST experience today at Holyoke Tire, Mike really helped me out! Getting my car in and out super quick and helping with a quick repair that I needed but didn’t realize. Any time I’ve brought a car to them they are awesome. Highly recommend!

It was my first time there the man that I have spoke to on the phone yesterday afternoon I specifically let him know what kind of car make a model. I had also told them that I was interested in getting used tires he informed me that it was better off to make an appointment so I did. I gave him my information over the phone and I got there for 2:00 PM. So I was under the impression that I would be getting used tires and wouldn’t have to spend so much because financially I was tight on cash so I gave him my key. They brought the car in. They changed the tires when he comes to the front he tells me that it was $325 at that moment my mind was blown because. I initially went in there looking for used tires so I was unsure why it came up to 325 so I let him know that that is not the price we had

Called ahead to confirm availability for tire install. After driving 45 min I arrived, was ignored for several minutes, and then met with an annoyed grunt and rudely complaining about their lack of staff. Would not recommend.

They over price me for one wheel bearing 272.99, ad 90.30 for labor. When we know u get ur parts from Auto Store around. I thought the price he told was for two, cause one goes bad the other one will too.. Women b careful, they like to rip us off!

I went there to get my tires installed on my 2002 toyota 4runner and they did a great job. I will definitely come back to service my 4runner. Thank u.
