Quick check-in process, went on a weekday and less wait time. Takes an hour to reach from Austin so plan accordingly. Suggested time to visit is morning 7.30am. Waiting area is neat and is accomdated with water and snacks. Courteous staff. Attached the details for the service and also the checks covered in multi point inspection. Tire rotation is to be paid/mentioned separately.Have a good visit while here.

I had an exceptional experience with the service department for my Honda HRV while on a road trip through Texas. Polite and usually fast. In my case, half the stuff that needed to be done was still under warranty that they covered, the rest was reasonable, and they always top off the fluids and do a full check of your systems to make sure everything works. It's the only reason I drive all the way from Austin to get my service done here. I've bought two vehicles from them, and I'll probably continue to buy vehicles from them until I am no longer in the area.
