Ill start out with the good. My service person Matt was great. Communicated well and was personable. Thats about the extent of the good. My appointment was on a Monday and it didn't get looked at until a week later. There was a holiday in there, but why make an appointment for my vehicle to just sit? Overall repair took 2 weeks total and was fairly pricey. Maybe I caught them on a bad couple weeks but im not sure ill bring my truck back.

I took my Jeep to them for a job that should have taken a few hours to do and did not get it back for almost a month. Then eight months later I discover that they most likely did not do the job in the first place. The mounting bracket was covered in rust not befitting a new part of that age. The guide pins were gummed up and had very little spring in them which caused the pads to drag. The hose which they supposedly ordered new had rust and corrosion. They tried to scam more work out of me for things I did not need and. Tried to hold my car hostage if I didn’t do it (for safety). I purchased my Jeep in December and had to bring it in for service because the back up camera stopped working properly. Clay was very informative and kept me updated with the warranty claim process and the estimated wait time for the part to arrive. After everything was completed, he called to give me a final breakdown so I was fully aware of my final total upon pick up the next day. I appreciate his Customer Service and will take my Jeep back to him for all of my service needs.
