I was far away from home. my alternator decided to give up while I was driving through a snow storm. Left a message at 2 am I got a text message at 7:30am I went in person and met the beautiful Jessica. We book a week ahead she said. After she came to know that I was 8 hours from home the redline wonderful team diagnosed the issue and ordered the part from an hour away supplier. My car was good to go by 1pm. Friendly Honest and Professional. They gave me a fair cost after a discount I didn’t ask for. If any one can put a price on such a service. Check your heart

I have a very unique vehicle for my handicapped son. It uses a variety of hard to find parts that can be very expensive. We've been taking our vehicles to Redline for years, and the entire staff is so friendly, helpful and honest. I just brought my son's 2012 truck w/ 218,000 miles in and asked them to check everything over for any safety concerns and anything it might need to pass inspection in the spring. They went over it 100%, explained the whole quote to me thoroughly, what needed to be done and what could be done but wasn't necessary for safety or inspection. I opted to go ahead with everything they said needed to be done for safety/inspection and had my vehicle back within 24 hours of the go ahead. Couldn't imagine taking our personal or work vehicles anywhere else!

I was confident going in and super impressed when I left. The mechanics are clearly educated and experts. The price was lower than I expected for electrical work. They were honest about things I did NOT have to get done to pass inspection or for safe driving. However, they did give me a price for later with no pressure. I appreciate their smiles and humor too. The patient, slow description of what they did for me as well as how they arrived at the diagnosis made me feel like their only customer. What an incredible experience. I worried for nothing.
