Extremely poor communication, unprofessional & unreliable service. The mechanic scheduled multiple times but repeatedly ignored messages or didn’t show at all. Despite explaining my urgent deadline, he failed to follow through or provide updates. Now I’m left scrambling to find another mechanic and hope that they can get the job done by August 10th. If he couldn’t take the job, a simple honest message would have saved me time smh
The owner is very knowledgeable and accommodating. I would recommend Hudson Auto highly.
I wouldn't use never again, very unprofessional and have poor communication skills, I'm highly not pleased with Hudson Automotion!!
Very knowledge and fair pricing. Got me back on the road better than ever.
My alternator on my car went out. Had it towed. They had to order the part twice and was still sent the wrong one. MR Hudson took the part to a couple of places and found it. He stayed an hour and a half past closing so that I could pick it up. Very happy with the service. Also the price was reasonable. Thank you Mr. Hudson!!!
