I have been treated with respect here multiple times in person and over the phone. They've stayed true to original quotes for my truck. I have a 2014 GMC truck and the amount of consistent consideration regarding my recent repairs is unmatched. I have received quotes from other companies that are close to double what Hudson provides. This is coming from a woman truck owner... I promise you will NOT find the level of quality customer service anywhere else in town!

Had my Titan in for transmission service and Hudson was fantastic. Got the job done quickly and gave me a break on price. Management and employees were very courteous and knowledgeable. Quality auto care. Will be taking my wifes Subaru there from now on. Thank you Hudson.

I have used this location before with pleasure. However, under the new management, I will not visit them again. I had an appointment to have something done this morning, and I left without allowing them to touch my car. The individual I had an encounter with was arrogant, rude and told me several things that were not true. I am not completely sure, however, but I believe their prices have gone up, as everyone's has these days. However I feel the price that was quoted me and the "continued focus on simply price", told me more about the direction of this facility then the attention to detail. I will not do business with arrogant, rude individuals when it is I myself that is paying the bill. Met the owner, very friendly. Very professional. Totally upfront with scheduling, timing, and what is necessary versus what can wait. Price wasn't scary either. Didn't try to upsell services. Made sure to let me know about warranty. Showed me around his shop. The cleanest and most organized garage outside of a museum I've ever seen.

The family and I have used Hudson's for 7 years. They are knowledgeable, honest, and have fair prices. I highly recommend them.
