The staff and the work they do is top notch. They are communicative, give reasonable and competitive rates, and have delivered great results on the two occasions that I needed a repair. I’ve tried other places in Shelton for auto work, and this is the place I will continue to support and have had the best experience out both from the customer service side and the actual auto repair work they’ve done. Great group of professions who know what they are doing and care about their customers, highly recommend!

My vehicle has an issue with stalling while driving. I brought it to Jack’s in the summer of last year and didn’t pick it up until the fall of this year. They had my vehicle for ONE YEAR and still didn’t fix the problem. Most of that time, my vehicle just sat there. Whenever I called for a status update, if Jack wasn’t available, I was told he’d call me back within a day, he did not. I’d end up calling them again, only to be told they were too busy to work on it and to call back in a week. This happened multiple times. Every time I followed up, they’d ask me to remind them to work on my vehicle. I’m a paying customer. I shouldn’t have to chase them down or remind them to do their job. Their communication was terrible. It took them over a month just to put thermal tape on my PCM. Eventual

We had a great experience. Wonderful people to work with, honest, and they did thorough job in a timely manner. We plan to return for any repairs or maintenance needed. We would highly reccomend Jack's Madrona Autoworks!

Jack’s automotive is one of those places, that when I walked in, I knew I was in the right place. I’m new to the area and I was dreading trying to find a new doctor, new dentist and a new automotive shop all staffed with talented, trustworthy people! Jack’s is definitely all that and more! My car was thoroughly checked, a few small problems identified and a plan was made for future maintenance. They are honest, professional and reliable. I will definitely be taking my car back for any necessary repairs should they arise!! My thanks to Jack, his wife, Jonny and everyone else for everything! Pretty poor mechanic shop. Rough idle was the symptom and I took it in cleaned mass air flow and they didnt give it the best look. I replaced the mass airflow sensor because thats what they wanted to do next and I knew it was not likely the issue. Next they looked at it and cleaned throttle body and that didnt do. Anything. I took it back again and they said fuel pressure was low and said it could be the fuel pump or the fuel control module and gave me a quote for 2k which was near triple and at least double everyone else's quote to replace. They said to get a better diagnostic id have to pay again and that just seems like bad business to pay for them to half way look at things. Pretty poor shop and terribly dishonest on price. Tried to give them a chance but they seem pretty shady and not
