What's the expression they say? If a customer has a good experience they will tell one person, if that customer has a bad experience they will tell 10 people. Today I had a bad experience which I've never had at Napa Auto before. I went in to exchange apart and left my phone at home. Getting into the store and never actually looking inside the box I only just then realized it was the WRONG PART I WAS HANDED ! So I haven't my receipt or my phone to look up my information..but before we realized it was a tail light now a coolant resivor cap they big dude tells me it was industrial purchased he ask if i belong to the affiliated company to the last person shown they sold that tail light to. Of course I wasn't. So he needs a receipt or something to prove what I bought. Okay fine. We'll big boy

Just went into the store there was at least 4 people working I needed a hydrologic fitting for a machine I was renting and the only other place to get one was spikes and they were closed today for some reason long story short the lady said there were to many things in the way of the hydro fittings and wouldn't take five min to move a few objects so I can get back to my equipment rental and project thank God spikes just returned my call and has the fitting I need
