Perfect Reflections Auto Body

I was sideswiped by a plumbing truck and had damage to my driver's side rear quarter panel, running board, and wheel. My insurance company wanted me to take the truck to one of their shops in Olympia, but I wanted to keep it closer to home and support a local business. I chose Perfect Reflections and am glad I did. Jason was easy to work with, kept me well informed, and fought with the insurance company to get my repair as close to fully covered as possible. Because his labor rates are a little higher than those of their contracted shops, I had a small out-of-pocket cost in addition to my deductible, but he did a beautiful job on the repair. It looks brand new and even better than it did before the sideswipe!

Perfect reflections did an amazing job fixing my Tahoe. They did it in a timely manner, were professional, respectful, and easy to work with. This is not the first vehicle I have taken to them. They even work with insurance companies. They do an amazing job every time. I would highly recommend prefect reflections.

Unfortunately, I recently had a fender-bender with my new Honda. I contacted Jason, who provided me with a reasonable estimate for the repair. He got the car in and out within a surprisingly short period of time. He worked with my insurance company which was a relief to me. Jason is a professional who takes his responsibilities very seriously. I will rely on him for any needs I may have in the future.

Perfect Reflections restored my car to like new condition after an uninsured deer ran into me. Very nice staff who had to deal with my insurance company.

This body shop is terrible, they broke a piece on my front bumper and tried to hide the piece they broke by gluing the bumper, I was wondering why they kept my vehicle all day then called at the end of the day and said they couldn't do the job. It's because they are a bad business that tries to hide there mistakes from the customer now I have to buy a new front bumper for my car don't take your car to this body shop they are not honest. I was given a estimate from this terrible shop next to the Ford Dealership in Shelton on hwy 101 and drop my mustang gt off when you opened in the morning and my car was there till 3 in the afternoon when your terrible shop called me and said they couldn't do the job, you couldn't do the job because you broke the tabs on my bumper and you kept my car all d
