Hurricane Express Wash

This used to be a good car wash. I don’t what they did or what they changed but I won’t go here and waste my money anymore? 2x now I’ve gone within a month and both times soon as I’ve gotten home which is less than 2 miles away I’ve had to go over my car and clean all the white spots off and wipe off all the dirt spots they missed. Def not worth the money such a rip off

I did not leave zero because it is not possible to pay my membership for the last 3 years, I changed my name like 3 times but the last administration is bad, it made me so angry that I canceled my membership, this last time my car left full of grease and dirt, it shows that the machine is not doing its job, and the machines are making more dirt. I asked the Manager to come in again to wash it to remove the dirt and grease that his machine made and he simply said come back another day because today I won't be able to do it again now. I'm at home angry trying to remove all that grease and dirt that's left on my car...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hurricane Express Wash is hands down the best car wash in Edgewood! 🚗✨ From start to finish, the experience is smooth, fast, and top-notch. The amenities here make all the difference — powerful vacuums, air compression stations, floor mat cleaners, a dedicated member lane, and an easy cashless payment system. Everything you need to get your car looking spotless in one place! What really sets this location apart, though, is the amazing manager and staff. 🙌 Every visit, they go above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. They’re friendly, attentive, and always willing to help — a true example of excellent customer service. If you want your car shining and a stress-free experience every time, this is the place to go. Tonia and I couldn’t recommend it more highly! 🌊💨 —

Hurricane is not only quick and convenient but a great place to detail your car as well. They always have the best microfiber towels out to use while cleaning, in addition to bottles of window cleaners. The staff is always friendly and helpful and want to help however they can. I literally drive miles away from my own home just to come here.

Half the time I come here I sit in line over 10 minutes until I can get into the tunnel. 90% of that time is because there's no staff to keep the line moving. Today is a perfect example. Both staff members are helping someone at the kiosk and zero cars are moving. I can pay another car wash my hard earned money and keep moving. Hurricane, I think today was the last straw. I'll be canceling my membership.
