The customer service was great and at first glance, my car visually had looked much better. However, the fact that I paid extra in addition to the Groupon I originally purchased to upgrade my package I feel like better attention to detail should have been done. All of my windows have streaks and fog spots there is still dirt in different crevices throughout, there is still spilled drink on the side between the windows, the gear shift still has dirt in/on it and every plastic surface is covered in an oily/slippery film.

Kristina did an amazing job on my car, I can't believe how great it looks. Rare display of great customer service by all staff. Everyone was kind and pleasant. Not something you see often these days. Highly recommend supporting this business.

From start to finish Lucky’s Hand Car Wash was an outstanding experience. Discussing the process and scheduling with Destiny, Diane walking me through how she was personally going to make my car look like new again, and finally Kristina, who overseas and manages this location, made my experience at Lucky’s the best experience I could have asked for. They stuck by their words and transformed my car (2012 Mazda) into what looks like a 2022 Mazda. I am in my vehicle a lot and for me it must be neat and clean, and these ladies made me love my car all over again!!! I also had the chance to speak with Lucky himself and found him to be very honest, open, and willing to do whatever it would take to earn my business. Omg......WHO'S CAR IS THIS??? Wait....was my car THAT dirty? They did a FANTASTIC job on Pry C. Heaux (the name of my Rogue). She is shiny, KA-LEAN and ready to hit the streets! The owner was friendly and the staff was very nice. Highly recommend!

This will be my go-to detailed from now on! Took my car yesterday and I was amazed and shocked by how clean my car was. I mean they had my car cleaner than when I bought it and I bought it brand new! It was impeccable when they finished with it. Customer service was top tier!!! I’m not taking my car anywhere but here!!!!
