10/10 – This experience was effortless! From Ioannis to Nathan and finishing out with Ron, they worked diligently to help me purchase the exact vehicle I wanted. Most people dread being at a dealership for hours on end, but they made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. They even worked with me from the comfort of my home, kept me in the loop every step of the way, and shared plenty of laughs with my husband and me while we were there. When I arrived to test drive, they were ready and greeted me at the door. They worked hard to secure a financing option I felt comfortable with, and I truly appreciated their transparency and professionalism. Absolutely recommend this place! Every single person I interacted with from Hal who responded to my online inquiry, to Jon my sales guy to Jim the finance guy was friendly, helpful and a real joy. The trade in for my car was a great price and I couldn't be happier with the car I drove away with. I had shopped around and ultimately chose Thompson because of their customer service and stellar deal. While I plan on keeping this car for many years I look forward to going back to Thompson again. I cannot say enough great things about this place!
