He was knowledgeable, experienced, transparent, and patient, walking my family and I through all the options and ensuring we understood every detail before making a decision. Ron was wonderful and courteous to me throughout the entire car buying experience, which was a fresh change from previous experiences. I have no patience, so he had to have the patience for BOTH of us. I also didn’t know what car I wanted, 😊 but he figured it out for me. With Ron’s continued determination to see me happy, and understanding my needs, we eventually landed on a preowned Volvo. The finance guys and I not seeing eye to eye, however, so I drove off in my old car twice. Whomp Whomp Whomp! Surely enough though, with Ron’s persuasion, the finance dept. and I were able to get on the same page. Love driving my new-to-me car, and can’t wait to send the other half over when he’s ready for a Tacoma or Tundra!

I have never been so impressed with a car dealership in my life. Jose helped me get the best possible match for me that I could afford. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Ronald Jackson did everything he possibly could to work with me to make this deal happen. No one has every worked so hard for me. Everyone at this dealership are so nice and a smile on everyones faces. If anyone asks me where to get a good new or used car I will recommend them immediately.
