Hy-Vee Car Wash

I signed up for the Hy-Vee Car Wash membership expecting convenience and reliability, but it has been nothing but a disappointment. They have four automatic touchless bays, yet it seems like at least two are always broken or blocked off with cones. The membership and app are also a mess—constant issues, no reliable support, and now I’ve even been blocked in my car because the app failed, forcing me to purchase another wash despite already paying for a membership. The lack of maintenance and poor management are driving me to look elsewhere. If you’re considering their membership, save yourself the frustration.

$11 to wash dust off basically. Everything else stays. Didn't even take bugs off the windshield, let alone the rest of the car.

This is a wash with the big brushes that basically whip your car. I bought the most expensive package. It didn't wash well. Left dust on the back of my van and streaks elsewhere. I would go elsewhere

Driving during a flash-flood warning cleaned my car better than this place. My mother got stuck in here once. I had the wash not activate once. Actually prints the receipt less than 50% of the times it should (when I tapped the button to print one).

Great car wash that doesn’t mess up your paint like typical car washes.
