Avoid this dealership like the plague. Although Brett is very nice and helpful, Hank Dick is a customer service nightmare that will harass and make threats to you on the phone if you have an issue that needs taken care of and you get upset. Their “rv inspector” is garbage as well.

LIAR, LIAR, LIAR. My wife and I went in to purchase a class A. We decided on two that day. Both had leaks. Brett thanked us for spotting them and said he would have them fixed. We narrowed it down to the Tiffin and scheduled a day to inspect it. Still had water running down the bathroom window. My check list included major parts and Brett assured me they had all been inspected. I saw in their reviews they assured another customer the expensive A/C had been checked, but did not seem to work when the customer ran it. I didn't say a word. After the inspection, I started the offer at $60k. Brett got on the phone with Hank and I was handed two pages of JD Powers RV values. My husband and I were scared buying a motorhome but everyone at i5 really went out of their way to make us feel at ease,gave us great deals and walked us through everything even having their rv tech spend a whole hour demonstrating how everything works and encouraging us to ask as many questions as needed, they also cleaned and detailed our motorhome before pickup, they are all absolute gentleman and stand up human beings, thank you so much for making us feel so comfortable in making this life changing decision.
