Have had my Porsche serviced here on different occasions for several years. Doug is always great on the phone and in person as well. Prompt in scheduling and car was ready when they promised it. Competitive pricing on service/parts and when there was a small trim issue that arose from an engine repair, they promptly took care of it. Highly recommend them!!!

I am extremely disappointed with iAutoHaus, particularly regarding their handling of shipping and communication. I am purchasing a $90,000 Tesla from this dealership. For over two weeks, I had consistent back-and-forth communication with their team and was repeatedly assured that the vehicle was in phenomenal condition with no issues whatsoever. My loan has already been processed, and the car legally belongs to me. On Wednesday the 31st, a representative from their preferred shipping company contacted me and stated the vehicle was ready to go. However, she informed me that the next available transport to the East Coast would not be until Tuesday–Thursday of the following week, followed by an additional 5–7 days in transit. Family own used luxury car dealership you can count on. If you are buying used car this is definitely place you should check out. The cars they sell look brand new. If you see a car you like online you better hurry they go fast. Over the years we bought here 2012 A6 Audi prestige with 72k miles never had any issues. 2015 CLS Benz..no issues..sold it for more then we bought it for it was a beautiful vehicle that held it's value. Our most recent purchase 2013 ML 350 4matic looks brand new inside and out. Very friendly shopping experience good prices and as a repeat customer you get treated like family. I highly recommend this place to be your first stop when looking for exceptional used vehicle.

Honest and transparent service work. Came in thinking I needed $1,000+ worth of brake work and just needed a brake fluid flush for a fraction of the cost. The only down sides are that they can’t do software updates and the service wait time is 7+ hours (even with an appointment) so make plans for a ride home or somewhere. They do give you a $10 uber voucher to help with the uber costs. Overall, would recommend and go back to them again.
