Isaac and Connor had the motorcycle I wanted and communicated with me very effectively and were super nice! They went the extra mile and had me in and out in a timely manner. 10/10 I would return here!

The 2 gentleman who own/operate this place are fine people. They communicated well and set expectations properly. They were not sleezy salesmen like the big shops talking you into something you didnt show up for. They didnt try to hide anything, and were upfront about things on both vehicles I bought from them. A 2011 Ford Fusion and a 2017 Kawasaki Ninja 300 that is near perfect. As a business owner myself, I like the way these 2 do business. Cheers!

I reached out to IC Imports on the evening of 07/16/2025 and requested the buyers order and copy of title to email for pre approval purposes. Connor reached out to me via text in a timely manner and was able to get me everything at EIGHT THRITY AT NIGHT! Fantastic customer service. I reached out about a specific vehicle. This getting a 4 out of 5 stars purely because of this last part. The vehicle listing I inquired about mentioned something to the effect of balancing the front tires for serious buyers, seeing that as the only issue listed with the vehicle. I asked Connor via text about this. Connor advised they do not perform such services, to my disappointment. They were able to meet us at very inconvenient time for most people. They went out of their way at 8pm on a Tuesday. They were honest and open guys. Very straight forward. Couple of young guys with a bright future in car sales. Definitely worth checking them out.
