Id like to say this was one of the best experiences buying a vehicle I've ever had. The personal attention i received was unlike many busy dealerships where you get forgotten and set aside for the more important customers. Easiest purchase we've ever made. Walked in, found the truck we wanted, got approved and drove off. Mr. Scott was incredibly nice and positive the entire interaction! So happy there's an Idom in Ruston now! Their truck inventory is incredibly impressive.
The staff is amazing very very helpful. I highly recommend getting a car from idom. Mr Scott did amazing job getting me in the truck I was looking for and wanted. He made for very pleasant experience super friendly would definitely buy another vechile from here.
