The people at Imperial RV were amazing to deal with! Everything was so quick and simple! We had been searching around for an upgrade from our old camper and they had just the thing! Not only can you work with them over the phone - they text too which was great! They made sure we had all our questions answered and showed us everything about our new camper. They hooked everything up to our truck for us including installing a new trailer brake control in our truck. They were all nice and easy going. 100% recommend and will be back if we ever need another camper!

I'm a little behind leaving this review but I can't say enough positive things about Imperial R V Center. We purchased a pre-owned travel trailer sight-unseen after seeing an ad in RV Trader. They answered all questions, sent additional pictures, and put us at ease as we were about 3 hours away. The day we picked up the unit they were extremely patient and thorough. 50 miles towards home and we had a blowout! The tire tore through the fender and ripped up much of the kitchen plumbing. The guys from Imperial drove to us, picked it up and took it back. They offered to refund our money if we wanted, or fix it. They made all repairs on their dime and made sure and kept us in the loop the entire time. We have since gone on one trip and are heading out on another. What a FANTASTIC company! When

Do NOT recommend I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Imperial RV in Ankeny. We went there on a referral from a close friend after purchasing our very first camper. Within the first 30 days, the roof started leaking. I had photos, videos, and timestamps proving it happened well within that window, yet every time we reached out to our sales rep, we were given the runaround. Instead of standing behind the sale, they repeatedly told us to contact the manufacturer — which led to the exact same runaround. I work on the road, 12–14 hour days in remote areas, which is the whole reason I bought a camper in the first place. We bought a used camper from Imperial RV very recently. I am going to say that it was a horrible experience to begin with. The day we picked it up it had not been cleaned and according to the lights inside the black tank had not been emptied. We gave them a call and they were happy to make it right. We brought it back and all of our concerns were taken care of. Fast forward a few days and we take this camper on its first trip. We set up and everything worked as it should. The lines were a little smelly but that seemed to be the only issue. While we were headed home, we blew one of our tires. We changed out to the spare and made it home safely. We learned that day that the tires that the trailer was equipped with were 7 years old and dry cracking which caused the failure. Now this may see
